The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, double reclining love seat, and a rocker recliner. Both the master and guest bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, ceiling fan and sliding glass door to the screened lanai.
The complex has its own heated swimming pool, beach chairs and loungers, clubhouse with computer and printer, community gas grills and covered parking.
