About Our Accommodations

Rates based on 4-6 person occupancy

1-Week minimum rental period required

Saturday check-In, call office for off-season exceptions

Sorry, no pets, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles, utility or commercial trucks, recreational vehicles or boats

Only one (1) vehicle per unit allowed during peak seasons

Special arrangements provided for weekend and late arrivals

All guests must be 21 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian

Full refund of deposits made for written cancellations which occur 60 days prior to arrival

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M.——CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Our rental system does not allow online bookings within 48 hours of arrival.
If you are searching for dates within 48 hours, please call:  941.349-4171
If your date search is unsuccessful, we may have higher minimum nights than you need.
We have a 7-night minimum stay.
We also offer stays longer than one week - Please call us and we can assist you with these longer reservations.

If you are searching for a unit within 10 days of today's date, please call the office for availability.
